Service terms, refunds

DRAFT — October 19, 2026. This text requires merchant details and appropriate legal review before public launch. An owner approval flag is not independent legal clearance.
Legal entity: not confirmed
Business address: required before launch
Merchant email: required before launch
Inquiry-only customer review
This review does not create accounts, accept service orders, collect payments, upload files or reserve meetings. The form keeps the information you enter in temporary browser-page state only; it is not submitted to the application database or AI. Reviewing a summary is not a sent-message confirmation. If a real recipient email is configured, an email draft may open in your chosen email application. You decide whether to send it there; that provider handles the email, and this website cannot confirm its delivery. Ordinary hosting/browser technical logs may still be created by visiting the site. Do not enter sensitive information.
Future service terms & refunds — draft, not active in this review
1. Merchant identity and agreement
Taskkind is a working brand founded by Magdalena. The legal merchant name, address, contact and applicable jurisdiction must be confirmed before public trading. These terms are a draft for review, not legal advice. Each engagement requires written scope, price, capacity, deadline, payment schedule and approval in the client account. A request is not automatically an accepted contract.
2. Scope, delivery and your responsibilities
Services are asynchronous and capacity-limited, not unlimited on-demand or emergency support. Standard tasks target an agreed 2–5 business days after complete inputs and required payment. Larger scopes, supplier response times and third-party delays are individually scheduled. You provide accurate information, authority to act and timely approvals. One scoped revision is included for fixed projects; new scope and extra capacity require a separate approved quote. You remain responsible for facts and final document submissions.
3. Payments, deposits and monthly retainers
All displayed prices are proposed USD starting prices. Stripe-hosted checkout receives card data; Taskkind does not store card numbers or security codes. Fixed work begins after an approved scope and agreed upfront payment or deposit. A balance is charged only under the accepted quote. Retainers are paid in advance and recur monthly until cancelled through the billing portal. Hours and active-task limits apply to each provider-confirmed paid cycle, are shared across that tier's projects and do not automatically roll over. Relevant preparation, research and revisions count toward hours. No unapproved overage or third-party purchase is authorized. Taxes, currency conversion and external expenses must be identified in the final agreement.
4. Proposed cancellation and refund policy
Before any work or nonrecoverable approved expense begins, the proposed policy is a full refund of the unused project payment. After work starts, refunds are calculated against completed, documented work within the accepted scope and approved nonrecoverable expenses; any unused refundable deposit balance is returned. If an agreed deliverable cannot be provided, offer correction or an appropriate refund for the undelivered portion. Cancelling recurring billing stops future renewals; it does not itself cancel already accepted projects. Mid-cycle retainer adjustments depend on undelivered agreed service and mandatory consumer rights. Do not assume a blanket 'no refunds' rule. Submit a refund request through your project account or the published merchant contact. Applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights prevail and require local legal review, especially for consumers in Poland/EU.
5. Contractors, permissions and quality review
Approved remote contractors may fulfill assigned work. Only current authorized assignees receive task access, and administrator review precedes final delivery. Contractor confidentiality, data-processing and service agreements must be executed before access to real client material. The client should be informed of relevant outsourcing and cross-border processing. Our platform does not certify contractor vetting or legal compliance. Purchasing decisions and supplier approval remain with the client; research is not a guarantee of product quality, compliance or financial reliability.
6. Privacy, files and retention
The application processes account identity, optional business/contact information, project briefs, messages, task activity, attachment bytes and payment identifiers to provide the service. Private attachments are held in application database tables, not public file URLs. Upload types and size are restricted and files are quarantined; manual review is not automated malware scanning. Administrator activation, scanning and access testing are needed before broad public intake. Do not submit identity documents, health records, passwords, card data or highly sensitive regulated information. Application deletion removes attachment records/bytes but does not promise immediate erasure from infrastructure backups. Before launch, publish the retention schedule, backup handling and approved providers. Account/project access and deletion requests should go to the confirmed merchant contact; required billing records may need statutory retention. No GDPR/security certification is claimed.
7. AI consent and human responsibility
AI checklist drafting is optional per project and requires explicit client opt-in. Only the consented nonsensitive task brief is sent to the configured model service; attachments, contact data and payment information are excluded. AI output is a draft for authorized staff, not final advice or a customer deliverable. People must verify sources, facts and suitability. Refusing AI consent does not remove normal project access. Contact the administrator to withdraw consent for future AI processing; previously processed provider data handling depends on the approved provider contract and must be disclosed before launch.
8. Screen sharing, calls and excluded activities
You retain device control, share only necessary windows and enter secrets privately. No unattended remote control, impersonation, falsified answers, unapproved signatures or unauthorized access. Calls on your behalf require clear authorization and permitted disclosure; third parties may require you to join or verify identity. We provide clerical assistance, not legal, immigration, medical, tax, investment or licensed insurance advice. We do not guarantee application approval or make purchases, official submissions or financial commitments without separate explicit authorization.
